The folks at Cline & Associates have decided that it is time to call it a day and are interested in selling the Proportional Control Fuel System business.

Cline & Associates was established in November, 1993 with the invention of the Proportional Fuel Control System by James Cline, which it manufactures and now sells throughout the world.

The offer is to sell all inventory on hand Product design details and drawings, a list of all suppliers and manufacturers of components in the product, and customer lists.  If it is of interest Mr. Cline will agree be available for product consultation for a period of time after the sale (time period to be negotiated as part of the sale).

For the past 5 years sales have averaged $30,000.00 a year.  This has been done without advertising other than with a simple web site, word of mouth, and some feature articles in Model airplane publications.

There are no liens or mortgages on the business. It has never had a complaint lodged against it and it does have a Dun & Bradstreet rating.
